Walking into a Pilates studio for the first time can feel intimidating — so we make it simple. Here’s exactly what to expect when you book your first class with us.

You’ll arrive a few minutes early and be welcomed by your instructor. They’ll ask if it’s your first time, check for any injuries or concerns, and show you the equipment so you know what everything does.
